Return, Refund and Exchange
Zsweats.com will accept return merchandise in its original and unused condition, provided that all tags are attached (if provided) and accompanied by an original receipt and original packaging within 30 days of purchase at zsweats.com. Gifts purchased on zsweats.com may only be returned for store credit or exchanged within 60 days of original purchase. Merchandise purchased at zsweats.com at a discount of 31% off or more, or labeled as Final Sale, may not be returned or exchanged. Please allow 7 business days for shipping transit time.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items purchased as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is. Promotions including coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to Final Sale purchases.

Once your package is ready for shipment, you may drop it off at the nearest USPS location.
Returns will be processed within 14-21 business days of receipt.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our site.
REFUNDS
Refunds should appear on your account within 3-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
ITEMS bought outside this webpage
Items purchased at retail stores, department stores, any other store, or any other website selling Zsweats merchandise may not be returned to zsweats.com.
